About Quality Beef Cuts
The London Broil comes from the ‘top round’ section, is the more tender-cut of the round. (View the section of the Beef Round) This cut is very lean and absorbs flavor very well. Complementary flavors can include red wine, any smokey flavor, garlic, pepper, soy sauce, etc.)
This recipe can feed around six people. Our family loves this cut with fresh green beans, mashed or scalloped potatoes, fresh salad and bread. (My mouth is even watering now.)
